Coursera · Saïd Business School, University of Oxford — Matthias Holweg
Generative and Agentic AI
Explore Oxford Saïd’s introduction to generative and agentic AI, covering tool use and the difference between generating content and taking actions.
Compare AI courses for agents, RAG, prompt engineering, n8n, AI coding tools, and machine learning, with verified provider links and access notes.
Artificial intelligence study has several starting points. Using ChatGPT at work, training a neural network, and building an agent are different tasks with different prerequisites. This collection includes paid Udemy courses and free provider curricula so you can choose a route around a specific skill.
For a first overview, choose AI fundamentals or generative AI. For business automation without a programming background, compare n8n courses. Python developers can move into LLM engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP. Working developers can study Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. Check API charges, hardware needs, tool versions, and the practice workload before enrolling.
Give your project an observable result: an answer supported by a document, an automation with a tested failure path, or a model evaluated on held-out data. Keep a record of mistakes and cost alongside successful demonstrations. A course certificate confirms completion under the provider's terms; professional cloud certification requires a separate examination.
