About the guides
How we describe and check courses
YellowCourse helps you decide what to study and takes you to the provider for enrollment. We describe free and paid courses alongside tutorials, curricula, references, and practice resources. Those formats serve different needs, so a documentation page should not be mistaken for a complete taught course.
What a source check means
A listing links to the provider and records the date its published information was checked. The overview separates that information from our advice about suitability and independent practice. A source check does not mean we enrolled, completed every lesson, tested an instructor, or independently verified the provider's outcome claims.
Curricula, software interfaces, and access terms can change after a check. Read the current syllabus and previews before committing time or money, especially when the lessons depend on a particular software version or account plan.
Free access and certificates
A Free label refers to access to study material. Hosting, software, API usage, examinations, or a certificate may have separate costs. Access notes explain material restrictions identified in the source. A trial or a limited preview is not equivalent to a full free course.
A certificate label means the provider advertises a credential for that resource. Completion requirements and costs vary. A completion certificate is different from a professional certification, an accredited qualification, or a license to practise.
How to use the comparisons
Compare prerequisites, curriculum, access requirements, and the work you want to produce. Duration filters are approximate study ranges; projects and exercises can take longer. Suggestions for practice are YellowCourse's learning advice rather than promises about a provider's assignments or results.
The collection is selective. A small set of listings does not mean those are every available course or a definitive ranking. We do not invent ratings, learner totals, course completion experience, or employment guarantees to fill gaps in the evidence.
AI assistance and responsibility for the text
We use AI assistance to organize research and help draft descriptions and learning guides. AI output is not evidence of accuracy or of first-hand course experience. Source links and review dates let you distinguish a provider's published offering from our interpretation. YellowCourse remains responsible for the text it publishes.
