Management involves making work clear enough for a team to carry it out and review it. People, processes, and priorities interact. A first course should help you describe responsibilities and identify where a task becomes blocked.
Choose a useful starting point
Look for delegation, feedback, and coordination alongside general theory. Your organization’s policies and authority structure affect which choices are available. A broad management course does not settle a sensitive personnel matter or replace appropriate workplace support.
Build on the lessons
Map one fictional recurring team task with an owner, inputs, deadline, and review point. Identify an unclear handoff and rewrite it so the next person can act.
