Language Learning courses and tutorials
Compare English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and French learning resources by level, teaching language, practice format, and communication goals.
About Language Learning
Language learning combines understanding, recall, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. A vocabulary program and a reading collection can both be useful, but they solve different problems. Choose the situation in which you want to communicate and identify your current level.
Choose a useful starting point
Check the teaching language as well as the language being learned. A B1–B2 French course assumes a foundation, while a first Korean course may begin with the alphabet. Look for opportunities to produce language and receive feedback alongside recognition exercises.
Build on the lessons
Use a new expression in a sentence about your own life, then return to it later without the example open. Combine a focused resource with practice in the skills it does not cover. A course level label is different from an official language qualification.
