Meta combines UX research foundations with practical interface-design work. Personas and empathy inform decisions, while hierarchy, grids and accessibility provide criteria for reviewing screens. Figma exercises connect those ideas with wireframes and prototypes that can be shared and evaluated.
Beginners with basic internet-navigation skills; prior web-development experience is not required.
Allow time to conduct research and revise the design, beyond watching the lessons. Obtain consent for interviews and usability sessions, protect participant information and distinguish observed evidence from your assumptions. A course certificate does not establish professional experience.
Coursera offers paid enrollment or subscription access. Check the enrollment screen for assessment and certificate terms, trials and any financial-aid options. Provider access terms can change; review them before paying.
Build a fictional task flow and review its labels, hierarchy and accessibility considerations before sharing it for feedback.
