About MLOps

MLOps connects a machine-learning experiment with a system that can be reproduced, deployed, and observed. It includes the data and model lifecycle as well as ordinary application operations. A successful notebook is a starting point, not evidence of a maintainable service.

Choose a useful starting point

Krish Naik's bootcamp offers extensive project work, but its older infrastructure examples need dependency and service checks. Build Python and machine-learning fluency first. Compare experiment tracking, versioning, deployment, and failure analysis rather than selecting a course by the number of tools named.

Build on the lessons

Package one small model with a recorded dataset version and reproducible environment. Deploy an inference endpoint locally, log invalid inputs, and rehearse a rollback. Track model quality separately from service availability and remove any paid resources after practice.
