This project-centered course turns character-strength concepts into a personal intervention and a written assessment. It offers a different experience from an introductory lecture course: learners choose a strength, formulate an experiment and review what happened. Prior familiarity with positive psychology makes the project easier to approach critically.
Learners prepared to apply positive psychology concepts through an extended personal project.
These are educational practices, not a clinical qualification or individualized mental-health treatment. Choose exercises that feel appropriate, keep reflections private and assess changes over time without expecting a guaranteed improvement. Check the syllabus and assessment requirements before enrolling.
