Peking University expands the oral language introduced in its initial beginner course. Everyday situations support expressions for suggestions, comparisons, experiences and plans. The provider does not require Chinese-character knowledge, so the course can suit learners whose immediate priority is spoken communication.
Learners with sufficient English to follow the lessons; prior Chinese for Beginners study is recommended.
Check whether the current syllabus and audio practice match your starting level. HSK preparation courses may use an older exam outline, so compare it with the requirements for your intended exam. Completion does not guarantee a proficiency score.
