Basic Spanish 2: One Step Further

UPV extends basic Spanish into more everyday situations, including work, family and moving around a city. Vocabulary and grammar are developed through a continued practice sequence. It suits learners who already recognize simple introductions and want to use Spanish to describe a wider range of people, places and activities.

Beginners building on introductory Spanish; familiarity with the first course or equivalent basics is useful.

Before you enroll

Speaking and listening need active practice beyond watching lessons. Preview the accent, pace and explanations, and allow time to repeat exercises. Regional vocabulary can differ. A completion certificate records study; it does not establish an official CEFR level or replace a scored language examination.

Put it into practice

Prepare a simple description of a fictional neighborhood and explain how to reach two places, checking the words you need before speaking.
