Maximilian Schwarzmüller
Academind's broad JavaScript course, from first functions to browser APIs, object-oriented code, and asynchronous programming.

Maximilian Schwarzmüller's JavaScript guide is a broad route through the language and its browser environment. It starts without assuming JavaScript knowledge and builds toward more involved application code. Its useful distinction is the attention given to alternative ways of structuring a program, rather than treating the first working solution as the only solution.
A reasonable choice for a beginner who likes detailed explanations and intends to move into frontend development. Familiarity with HTML and CSS helps you focus on the JavaScript decisions rather than simultaneously learning what every element on the screen does.
Do not take this and another complete JavaScript bootcamp in parallel. Choose one main sequence, then use a different reference when an explanation fails to click. The older year in the provider's URL is an identifier; inspect the current syllabus instead of judging freshness from that URL.
Paid course on Udemy, with a completion certificate under the platform's enrollment terms. Prices and subscription availability vary.
Build a small expense list, then explain which state lives in JavaScript and which information is rendered into the DOM.
