Course overview

SkillUp combines Scrum methods in a scenario-based capstone. Working agreements, user stories, product and sprint backlogs, relative estimation and retrospectives become connected activities. Templates and instructional guidance support the work, making this an application stage for learners who can explain the framework and want to produce a coherent set of project artifacts.

What you will learn

  • Create connected Scrum artifacts for a scenario.
  • Explain relative estimation and sprint planning choices.
  • Use a retrospective to identify a justified improvement.

Who this suits

The provider expects learning from the IBM IT Scrum Master certificate, SkillUp Scrum Master specialization or equivalent study. This advanced capstone is not a first introduction.

Before you enroll

A portfolio artifact is useful when you can explain the reasoning and limitations behind it. Completing a guided capstone does not by itself establish workplace experience or award PSM I or CSM certification.

Coursera offers paid enrollment or subscription access. Check the enrollment screen for included assessments, certificate terms, trials and any financial-aid options. Access conditions can change; review the current offer before paying.

Put it into practice

Keep an evidence trail from a product goal to stories, a sprint goal and a review decision. Explain one change made after feedback and why the resulting artifacts still describe a coherent delivery plan.
