SAP Customer Engagement and Discovery

Five modules examine the early work of understanding a customer before designing a solution. SAP connects discovery interviews and workshops with business, technology and data information. The course then considers fit-to-standard analysis and communicating value, with a project that develops the findings into a useful customer conversation.

Who this suits

No prior experience is formally required. Familiarity with SAP professional roles helps; the introductory fundamentals course provides that context before the discovery exercises.

The course has roughly thirteen hours of study activities. Examples provide a learning framework rather than a substitute for current customer requirements or an approved project methodology. Use fictional information in practice documents. Completion does not confer a professional SAP exam credential or permission to work in another organization’s systems.
