Opens on the provider’s site. Check current access and certificate terms there.
David Underwood develops graphic-design judgment through communication projects. Grids and negative space support text, color and imagery before the course turns to composition and constructive criticism. Assignments can use ordinary presentation software, so learners can focus on the message as well as the application.
Beginners interested in clearer presentations, reports and visual documents. Basic presentation software can be used for the assignments.
Check the software and resource requirements before enrolling; design applications are not necessarily included. Separate the communication problem from the visual treatment, and review readability and asset licenses before publishing your work. Leave time to revise projects after feedback.
Coursera offers paid enrollment or subscription access. Check the enrollment screen for assessment and certificate terms, trials and any financial-aid options. Provider access terms can change; review them before paying.
