Course overview

Valeri Visuals develops several logo projects using three-dimensional space and more elaborate effects. Four modules cover a cinematic game identity, energy effects, an animal-shelter logo and final delivery. The curriculum extends the earlier 2D material into depth, camera treatment and integration.

What you will learn

  • Arrange logo elements in 3D space
  • Combine lighting, cameras and visual effects
  • Review and deliver a finished logo sequence

Who this suits

The Intermediate course expects beginner-to-intermediate After Effects skills, ideally from the first two logo courses. It is appropriate after learners can organize and animate layers confidently.

Before you enroll

Allow roughly six study hours. Check your After Effects release and any effect dependencies before following a project; rendering and software access are separate from enrollment. Cinematic effects do not automatically improve communication, so compare the result with a simpler treatment and preserve the readability of the underlying mark.

Coursera offers paid enrollment or subscription access. Check the enrollment screen for assessment and certificate terms, trials and any financial-aid options. Provider access terms can change; review them before paying.

Put it into practice

Develop an original short logo animation with one restrained camera move. Review it without effects, then add only the treatment that helps communicate the fictional brand’s intended character.
